The Artist Within
Art has been my language for as long as I can remember. As a child, the walls were my first canvases—much to my mother's frustration. In grade school, I camped out at the art station, churning out picture after picture using crayons on an old heated griddle. By high school, my personal creations covered every inch of my bedroom walls. Art was always my intended life's path.

Then college arrived, and with it, the pressing responsibilities of adulthood. Little by little, the artist within me took a back seat to the practical necessities of life. While I never truly lost sight of my creative side, art became a distant hobby—something I longed to do, but rarely found the time for.

And then… I planted a garden.

A Creative Reawakening
It was an immense undertaking, trading a large portion of my backyard for fruit trees, flowers, and vegetables. I thought I was simply growing food. Unbeknownst to me, that garden was quietly reawakening a part of my soul I had long silenced. Somewhere among the researching, planning, and planting, the artist I had set aside fought her way back to the surface.

AudreyART.shop is the result of that dormant creativity seizing its moment to speak.

The Inspiration Behind the Art
Based in my home studio in Houston, Texas, my art reflects a vibrant, fresh, and timeless blend of influences. The colors, textures, and movement found in nature remain my favorite inspirations. In my pieces, you will see everything from remnants of time spent in the mountainous landscapes of Alaska and my love of the seashore, to the wondrous architecture of garden flowers, fauna, insects, and fungi.

However, I am also deeply drawn to the bold fluidity of Bohemian and abstract motifs, the rustic charm of the Texas Hill Country, and the earthy, metallic hues of industrial design and patinaed metals. The result is a diverse collection where no two pieces are ever the same. My goal is for each creation to have just a little "something-something" to set it apart, allowing it to resonate with you as uniquely yours.

Inside the Shop
Every creation is a true labor of love. Constantly searching for ways to repurpose glass bottles, jars, and unconventional substrates, my work focuses heavily on pieces that are both aesthetically striking and functional. I offer a combination of ready-made pieces along with custom commissions created specifically to match your home decor or commemorate a special event.
